Monitor will observe workshop activities from monitor station and will walk around the shop observing member activities. Monitor cannot identify unsafe woodworking practices from the coffee room!
Assign a non-monitor member to greet visitors.
Identify non-members who attempt to use facilities.
The monitor rules are in place all year. There are NO summer or winter monitor rules.
The on-duty monitor has the authority to have any member removed from the shop if that member fails to comply with shop rules or whose conduct is disruptive or combative.
